Sailesh is an accomplished qualified professional accountant bringing 25+ years’ experience in internal control, risk management, internal / external auditing and financial management having worked at a senior level in the transport and energy sectors for companies like London Transport, British Airways, BP and currently Head of Enterprise and Risk at SmartEnergy. In his extensive experience both within UK and internationally he has helped organisations to improve across their governance, systems, processes and upskilled teams against a backdrop of sound financial controls. During his tenure at Wandsworth Oasis he hopes to support the charity in its transition and delivery of the updated strategy, providing clear financial stewardship and a platform to allow the charity to grow and increase grant giving.
